This hotel is in a nice upscale residential area. The rooms are comfortable, the view good. We had the dinner buffet for about $16. Nice meal, The roast chicken at the carving station is great. However, this is the only option for dinner. If you do not want a full dinner you must either drive a distance or plan ahead and bring food with you. The room also does not provide bottled water. This can be purchased at the bar, or again plan ahead.

Dear Margaret

Thank you for your comments and positive response which are most appreciated. We are most pleased you enjoyed your stay. Our restaurant presents buffet for larger groups, however Ala Carte is always available and in addition our Pub and light bites menu's.

We do hope you enjoyed our Kingdom and your vacation.

Thanking you

Patrick

Nice and clean room, wonderful views, great restaurant and very kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything was taken care of so we could just relax. We wanted to go on a game drive and the lady at the hotel desk (I forgot her name unfortunately) advised us to go to Hlane Royal Park. She arranged a 3 hour game drive which was awesome. If we ever have the opportunity to go to Swaziland again, we will definitely stay here!

This is the third week during which I am enjoying the comfortable and friendly atmosphere at this peaceful and pleasant hotel overlooking the splendid Ezulwini valley. The food is good and the staff is world class. Definitely my place of choice in the future.

We stayed over at Mountain view for one night en route to Mkhaya Game Reserve. The hotel is fine - unsophisticated but perfectly acceptable.

Location is great, with fantastic views over the valley below. The hotel is a bit tired but it was fine for us for an overnight stop and I'd happily stop there again - although nothing exceptional I can recommend it as a safe and reliable choice.

We drove through Swaziland on our way to the Krugerpark.
The hotel was booked for us by the travel agency. It would not have been our choice.
We arrived quite late in the afternoon and just wanted our dinner and head to bed, but first we had to take a small 'hike' to our rooms. Once we arrived there and had settled in we gave ourselves the challenge of finding our way back to the restaurant.

It is obvious that the hotel used to be an amazing place, but the glory has long since faded away. The food was good but took long to arrive, the rooms were clean but need to be updated and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Try to get a room close to the main building to avoid having to take a small 'trek' to and from your room

Dear Asagineechan

In constructing our South Wing rooms we ensured that there was no obstruction to the view, enabling views from rooms and main hotel alike. Thus the short walk. We do apologies that we did not meet your expectations.
We are most please you enjoyed your meal and our friendly staff.

Thanking you

Patrick
