I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip and I thought the hotel was perfect. My room on the groundfloor, had a small terrace with an amazing view down the valley. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch and listen to the many varieties of birds. Rooms are a little worn but very comfortable and with a fridge and tea making facilities, and a good desk for those of us who have work to do. Internet connection was free and worked most of the time although sometimes slowly. The Restarant served very good food and wine and the service from the friendy staff was excellent. I used the swimming pool on several occassions, only comment is that it could be keep cleaner. The hotel is only a short drive to the centre of Mbabane where most governmment and donor offices are located.
I had some problems booking this hotel on line through booking agencies, but was able to book it direct by phone or email. I will stay here again when next I come to SwazilandMore
