If you've read the review in the Bradt guide I need say no more. And MastaBaba's review here echoes that. I was there on a wet Sunday and had the full breakfast - fresh fruit, juice, eggs, sausage and bacon (yes, REAL bacon) and lots of toast and honey (from Kambia). All for Le70,000 inc tax.
If you get the chance chat to Isatu ("eye-sar-too"), she is a fund of information.
I had a look at the evening menu which looked great with a wide selection.
The atmosphere is fantastic with the old copper vessels and hanging flowers - only let down by the booming sound system from the nearby cinema which carried the English football - nothing to do with Ro-Kama.
As others have noted it is very difficult to find - make sure you are driven by someone who knows. But well worth it - I'll be back.
By the way it's spelled "Ro-kama" and known widely as "Posseh's". Phone numbers listed are current as of Oct 2012.
