I had a brief stay at the hotel inside Magic Land (...which should be the topic of its very own special review...) and needed a quick bite before heading to the airport. I was hesitant because it was evening time and there isn't a lot of lighting. I couldn't see a thing, but the wait staff were very friendly and after a typical wait time (not excessively slow, but not very speedy either), I was served a delicious filet of monkfish with creole sauce. It was lovely...delicious...wonderful grilled flavor of fish and the creole sauce was a perfect mixture of savory and spice. I would definitely go back again for that dish. The place was fairly busy for a Thursday night...seems to be a favorite among Dakarois. It is located just up the beach from the fish market, so how much fresher could it be? It was a very tasty dinner.
