Magic Land , well not what I was expecting, however I could not fault their staff, very friendly welcome when I did eventually find the hotel. OK if you are staying for a couple of nights and want a clean and tidy hotel room with a/c at a reasonable cost on the corniche close to town and with a great view of the sea that is what you shall receive. I think there are some 30 odd rooms ranging in price from €50 to €75 per night.
However there is a drawback it's in the name as might suggest the hotel is part of a children's amusement park, fine during the day, but at night the rides in the park have music playing fairly loud until around 2300hrs. To be honest it did not bother me, the rooms all face the coast and the amusements are behind, but I had three other rooms booked for colleagues of mine and 2 of the 3 did mention the noise next morning at breakfast.
In summary for price, location, cleanliness and helpful staff I found Magic Land Hotel a positive experience if a little quirky place to stay.
