I think this restaurant is trying to do too much - Indian, Afghani, Chinese, Thai, sushi... That’s a lot for one restaurant! My recommendation is that they try specializing in one or two cuisines and focus on improving those.
I ordered some Chinese Indian food and it didn’t taste remotely how it’s supposed to. Call me a purist, but you have to be an exceptionally talented chef to make fusion Indian work!
I like the atmosphere - the straw hut with open walls, typical for Kigali, but still lovely. I had to giggle though at the chandeliers hanging from the straw roof. Campy and glam rolled into one. (See photo.) The wait staff is also very nice. I probably wouldn’t come back though.
