“Beer And Beer And Beer”

Huge place. Huge parking. Huge portions (go for the Schnitzel if you're brave). Huge groups. Designed for parties, bachelors' nights out. Definitely not for those looking for a quiet place to eat. Crowds can be raucous. Service on average good - it helps to remember your waitron's name.

“Worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

This place is huge but you must reserve a table. The food was really good and the service was average. It was quite chilly sitting outside but you can hire (you get the full cost back when you return it) a cosy blanket which was definitely worth it.

“Great semi-outdoor vibe”

This pub is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and it is filled with locals on a Friday night. I didn't eat here but really enjoyed drinks with friends.

“Dirty with very bad service”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2013

We went to Joes beer house on Friday evening 19:00 the 20 th september. They had no beer on tap as it had ALL run out. The food was very average but very large portions. The service was shockingly bad it took 45 min to get the first drinks order delivered to the table. I had booked a table the previous day but we were still made to share a table with people that smoked. The place was very grubby and needs a clean. After supper we went to the lapa and sat at the fire which was nice, but no service at all. We were told to get our own drinks from the bar. The fire burned low and people asked that they might put some more wood on the fire but this was never done. We won't be going back soon
