We were a large group split between the Safari Court and Hotel Safari, both part of the same conference complex. The hotel has all necessary conveniences and all you need for a conference. Staff were pelasant, even at the busiest time during breakfast. Cleaning staff would greet you cheerily and the reception was always helpful. Food in the restaurants was not very exciting but quite ok. The location does not easily allow visits to the city centre, but there are shuttle buses to a nearby shopping centre.

This hotel was my home for a week on a business visit.
The reception was friendly, efficient and the hotel excellently appointed. The wellness centre has an excellent gym facility, the pool crystal clear solar heated.
A small problem was handled with professionalism and sorted out within seconds.
The restaurant staff needs to mentioned and especially Joseph with a wonderful sense of humour and excellent service.
I will be back!

Spacious room, although a bit dated. Security lock broken, no glasses, no warm water in wash basin. Lovely shower though.
Good beds and plenty of room. Fridge. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice communal areas. Spa and gym.
the fish we chose à la carte was delicious. Nice wine. Good service everywhere.

Dear Madam, We apologise for the oversight that there were no glasses in your bedroom, but trust that the room girls cleaned the glasses and returned them to your room. Unfortunately we do not know in which room you stayed and therefore it is difficult to check the wash basin. As we have not had any further such remarks we trust that the problem was fixed in the meantime. Thank you for your kind remarks and we do hope that we will be able to welcome you back to Namibia again in future. Kind regards.

Good 4 star hotel and spa in Windhoek, nice pub, heated pool, friendly staff, good food, overall a very pleasant experience. Amenities are clean and modern and the rooms are spacious.
The breakfast was good, I honestly could not fault this venue. Highly recommended
