Neither a restaurant or coffee shop, just a top quality chocolaterie. I'm a genuine chocoholic with expensive tastes and I love this place. Part of the charm is the mystery of the contents. There is a menu of fillings to help you chose, but you don't get one to take away, so you either try to remember what you chose, or just take each chocolate as a new experience and try to work out what is in it! I love the fruit centres, so fresh and delicious. They are really creative too - one of the best I've tried is sweet potato - not a usual filling, but really tasty. OK, Belguim and Switzerland may have better Master Chocolatiers, but not at this price! Roberts' chocolates are better than most mainstream/high street chocolates in Europe and you will struggle to find a better chocolate in Africa. I know, I've tried!!! The pastries are fabulous too - just as good - if not better - than those in Patisserie Colbert.
