We passed the Creperie on our way to our hotel around the corner and it looked good for a spot of lunch. There were around a ten of us and I didn't hear anyone complain; mine was very tasty and made a nice change from the chips we seemed to have with every other meal in Madagascar. We only tried the savoury crepes, I was very tempted by the sweet but was saving myself for dinner.
The restaurant is a bit off the beaten track but not far from the President's palace, etc. I'd certainly go back.
