We have been there because it is in walking distance from Alisa Hotel in Accra, North Ridge.

It happend to be a Friday evening, and so there was live music, which was absolutely great! Even inside the restaurant, directly in front of the band, the sound was good. For those, who have been to Ghana before, they know, normally it is only loud. Very loud. THE LOUDEST! It does not matter if it sounds good, as long as it is loud.

Anyway, we also ordered some food, which took a while to arrive and was ok, but not more. Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but ok.
If there is live music, they will not allow you to enter without long trousers. They did not tell us that at the gate, but charged us 10 Cedis for entering. So we walked up to the entrance, where they would not let us in, because of our short trousers. 35 degrees centigrade outside...
After I told them, that we did not know this, and that they should give us the entrance fee back, we where allowed to enter anyway. ;-) They do not like giving you money back.

The food was ok, as mentioned, but they could have served us more drinks, but as in the most Ghanaian restaurants, the waiter rather ignored us, then bringing us more drinks.
I will never understand that...

My favourite place to chill in Accra. Good music, great vibe, chilled out people and wonderful general feeling. The waiters could do better with the service but I would totally recommend this place for any, and everything!

Definitely go. I thought the music was fantastic, and the atmosphere was cool. It's a place for everyone - beatniks, regular folks, and a few tourists/expats.
