Very nice place, with a great food and entertainment. Although visited mainly by tourists as a part of a tour, clearly popular among the locals which makes it more genuine and less like a tourists atraction. Very good food (buffet) and a bar. Great live music entertainment with a band and 6 dancers playing and showing dances from various part of Ethiopia. Wait for the "head dance"-just unbelivable! Guest have a chance to try a "shoulder dance", good fun especially after a few carafes of local wine, tej. Very much recommended!

There are two Habesha 200 in Addis. I prefer the one near Bole Road. Small, cozy, great live music and dance entertainment. For me, it has the best Ethiopian food in town

The food, the atmosphere and ESPECIALLY their coffee are simply outstanding. Good selection of ethiopian dishes, wonderful decoration - I loved it!

I went there with local friends at the end of my trip. First you think it an industry restaurant for tourists, when you enter you still got that feeling. It was the first time I saw more then 2 farenjis (foreigners) at once. But when you get passed the first feeling, the place is quiet homy.
The food is very good, the tej was welcomed, bunda is traditionally made is not better then a traditional coffee from a small town garage/coffee shop. The price is quiet high, but you get the decoration, the live band and semi-proffessional dancers.
The place is too noisy to get a conversation, but if you want to travel through Ethiopia in a dinner without getting too worried to get sick, it's the place to go.
I strongly recommend you to make your own mind by going there and eat anything local that looks good.
Cheers.
