this is a good hotel in a city that has great aspirations. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Blen at the reception. Food was good. As others have commented the menu options were limited but what they had was good. The breakfast and lunch buffet was also good—but mostly Ethiopian. Good security.

I booked my room on Expedia and maybe that was the problem. I requested a quiet room on high floor, and on check-in was promised a "very nice room" but got a low floor facing the fumes form the restaurant and faced a building with construction noise starting at 8:30 am. The breakfast was good. The bell and shuttle service staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location.

Starting from check in to check out it was a great experience. Nice location, clean rooms, helpful staff and what not. Choice of food is limited but the spread is good. The only issue was the internet connectivity which was a bit slow.

Our IT team are working hard by following up with Ethio-Telecom whenever there are issues with internet connectivity. We appreciate your comments on our limited choice of meal. Great staff! All were courteous, friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Not one bad experience. Environment was warm and inviting. A wonderful experience! Highly recommend to anyone to experience Radisson Blu Hotel Addis Ababa!

The service is good.The worse was the shuttle service to airport. Driver left us 6:30 in the morning in the rain on domestic flights side in the middle of the road. After walking in rain to find out it was on the other side. We walked so much under the rain because the driver simply dropped us in the wrong place. It was really frustrating.
