We approaching this place with some trepidation - as beginners in Ethiopia, we didn't realise that a large sector of the Ethiopian society are 'in touch' with their cultural roots/dances/songs. An evening at Habesha highlighted this for us, with great performances in a somewhat contrived setting. The food wasn't the best we had had in Ethiopia, but nonetheless very, very good - clear divisions of the buffet into 'fasting' and 'non-fasting' (with/without animal products, i believe).
