The lobby is unassuming, but the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Good blackout curtains. There was occasional street noise, but nothing unusual for a downtown location.
The rooftop gym (open 6am to 9pm) was small but equipped with seven or eight pieces of aerobic exercise equipment (two treadmills, two steppers, three or four stationary bikes), a weight bench, a Universal-type unit, and a good set of dumbbells, all in good shape. There's a nice terrace just outside the gym as well.
The restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast as well as a variety of plates for lunch and dinner that can also be delivered to the apartment. There's a small supermarket next door, which was handy for grabbing snacks, etc.
The nice in-unit kitchen would have been more useful if it had been equipped with even a modest set of kitchenware, though that might have been available from housekeeping -- there was no indication, and I didn't inquire.More
