The Hotel is well situated for visiting the Falls independently and also within easy walking distance of the town center.

Staff were most helpful, good food was served, the cleanliness was acceptable and security was very evident.

One criticism is concerning the hotel's nominated airport transfer service. The representative who accompanied us from the airport spent the whole time trying to sell tours that were not wanted, she failed in the execution of her duties and tried to remedy her mistakes 2 days later.

The Kingdom Hotel should review this aspect of the service they offer. This agent/sub-contractor is operating at a lower customer service level to the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is well located for a visit to Victoria Falls as it is within walking distance to the falls and the centre of town. Clean with good service and secure also offers wifi (not always working well). This is not a safari hotel as it is large and has a casino. Food was good and staff very attentive.

The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. Was dissapointed that the wifi was Not working well.
The staff was helpful and the victoria falls was not far from this hotel.
Yes i will go back again to this hotel. Sorry cannot say if its good value for money because we were in a tour grp. I have no idea about the rate of the room.

We stayed here two nights and found it to be very comfortable. It was low season ("winter") so not many people in the hotel and the restaurants (in the casino area) were all but empty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and it is a short walk through the hotel grounds to the entrance to the Falls. You can also book additional excursions at the front desk.

We ate an unmemorable breakfast in the buffet area and deemed the dinner in the main hotel area to be too expensive for the meal so opted for a restaurant in the casino.

We stayed at The Kingdom in march 2013 for 2 nights. Its in a great location and you can get to Vic Falls from a path at the back of the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel has Wi-Fi all through it which we could easily access in our room. It had a very good buffet breakfast and has some nice restaurants on site to eat in the evening. If you're visiting Victoria Falls you wont go wrong with booking this hotel.
