It is difficult to describe it, one has to experience it! The endless plains whit tall grass where lions are lurking, the beautiful dance of the antelopes, the slow pace of the elephants. The changing colours of the sunset and the dawn. Since it was wet seasons, we had to be prepared with warm and rainproof clothing. The first night was a bit chilly for camping, but our safari company provided good mattresses and warm sleeping bags for us. We slept in Lobo camp. The roar of the lions during the night gave extra spice to our adventure. Second evening in the Seronera camp was more quiet and warmer. It is worth to spend at least 2 days in the park. The entry fee is about 71 USD per person per night, camping fee about 35 USD per person per night. Fees can be paid with major credit cards. In general safari can be expensive, best is to share with friends, if possible, that way some of the major costs can be shared, for example the cost of the safari car and driver, which starts around 200 USD/day.
