“Wet n' Wild it is....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

The place has lots of water slides, ranging from not so steep to steep and bumpy. There's also many different pools ranging from the really shallow for kids under 5 to pools that are some feet deep. just wish the pools had cleaner walls. There is food to last u the whole day, icecream, it was just fun for a sunday afternoon. When u climb up to the highest water slides, u get an awesome view of Dar es Salaam. Damn those slides were awesome, we kept going back again and again. We're sure to be goin back there sometime soon.

“Surprisingly Nice Water Park”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 11, 2013

We went on a weekday so it was almost completely empty, but apparently it does get super crowded on weekends. It was a great water park, with lots of different slides for the thrill seeker and cautious types. There were various food options (don't order the pizza, it's just toppings on chipata bread), and lots of lounging spots. It's a great day trip from Dar, and you can get there using dala-dala's, which makes it an inexpensive outing.

“Disappointing”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

I visited this park on a Monday in January 2013 and was the only person in the park - literally. Despite the fact that there were no other guests, the place was fully staffed, yet the pools were still dirty. I entered the park and climbed to the top of the slides, despite the fact that they were all dry. There was a guy up there who was sound asleep. I tried a few times to wake him, which he eventually did. He said a few sentences in Swahili, then said "no water" and walked down the steps, never to be seen again. I found a manager and asked him if the slides could be turned on, he looked at me and said something about "no customers today", then managed to get three of the ten or so slides turned on. I went down each of the three slides once. The last one ended with me splashing into a pool filled with dead bugs. I had enough.

I left 15 minutes after I arrived, feeling disappointed and slightly dejected. Having the entire park to yourself isn't as cool as one would would think - it just felt empty and creepy, like walking through the abandoned Chernobyl theme park. Even on the weekend prior, there were not that many guests and I'm not sure how this place stays in business.

“A fun day out, but needs a bit of work!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2013

Has great potential but nds a lot of work. A lot of slides didn't have water going down them so u couldn't slide properly. The all-day DJ was very loud, great music but could be turned down a touch. It was a fun day out and we'd go again but it did have a lot of issues going on. Major tlc is needed.
