Good position. City center in front of the beach. Nice staf and good service. Large rooms
Good Breakfast with local specialties. Correct price. I really recomend this hotel. Interesting live band in saloon bar.

The hotel is located on the road facing the Atlantic ocean front. We got to stay in a suite-room with 2 sea facing balconies. A comfortable place to stay in Tangier. The service is very good, particularly considering that the bathroom shower had problems and on reporting (at 9 PM) it was promptly replaced/repaired and made functional. The breakfast spread was quite good, even though we asked for it at 5 AM in the morning to be able to catch the early ferry to Spain.

Just had a meal in the Lybanese Restaurant on the seventh floor. I was charged 50 DHS (£4,00/€4.75) for a SMALL bottle of still water (25cl). When I queried the price I was told it was correct. In the bar downstairs, I was quoted 20 DHs, Rip off. Funny how such a small thing can ruin the impression one has of a hotel. I hate it when I feel that I have been overcharged.

Room OK, bar has no atmosphere and downstairs restaurant buffet only.

Not good impression.

Stayed here for one last night in Morocco on our way back to Spain. Quite a luxurious hotel - good room with excellent facilities. Evening meal and breakfast were amongst the best we experienced in Morocco. Hotel is situated on the corniche (sea front) so nice for an evening stroll. Only drawback was that the hotel exchange desk would not accept the local currency we had left and give us euros. Seemed strange that they would not take their own currency!

This hotel is all external show. The lobby area looked quite smart but the room was not. The room and bathroom needed refurbishment. It had a balcony that gave a partial see view and a view of a waste building site. The balcony doors could not be locked and hence the room was not secure. It seemed that was the norm for other rooms that our friends were staying in. The dinner and breakfast were buffet style and catered for all tastes and the restaurant staff were very pleasant. The biggest problem was that the hotel was right opposite all the nightclubs and disco's that Tangier had to offer so was very noisy until about 3am when the noise got worse as the night people went home racing their cars and tooting their car horns down Avenue Mohammed VI.

Room Tip: Either get a room at the back of the hotel and fore-go the sea view or stay in another hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night in August on our way from Spain to Chefchaouen. In hindsight we would have changed our schedule to go straight to Chaouen, but our timetable was tight.

Tanger is not the best place in Morocco, there is not a lot to see.

This hotel is very average. I can see why it does not fall under the Ramada banner anymore. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. We did not have a problem with hospitality anywhere in Morocco except for this place, where we were clearly ignored in favour of local guests.

The worst thing about this hotel was the cigarette stained room with no sheets on the bed, only an old duvet.

The pool area was average and crowded with people who were probably not all from the hotel. Oh and it closes at 6pm.

Breakfast was o.k. Special praise to the lady making fresh crepes.

Overall very average.

The hotel lucks service. The only service we got was from doorman and security. The front desk tell you no towel, no crib , no currency exchange. Any thing you ask they don't have it. The rooms were oaky not very clean. The lounge area is old. The location is walking distance to city.
Overall We don't plan to go again. The rooms are not secure.
