Guess alarm bells should have rung when this was recommended by the hotel as "authentic Moroccan". Went in a small group and the place is stunning. Lovingly restored house in the old Medina. As mentioned by others, take a little time to wander round and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. As for the food they had just one menu which was a starter platter, two sets of tagine and dessert for 500 DH (around 50 Euro) per person. Food wasn't bad, but not great either. It was certainly plentiful. There is better and tastier Moroccan food to be had in many a small cafe for a fraction of the price. Service was friendly and professional with the exception of advice on the local wine. They really didn't know what to recommend apart from the most expensive one. So we did enjoy the evening mostly due to the nice setting. As for the food it was just way overpriced and pretty average. Guess it's a good choice for travel groups

My wife and I enjoyed our last dinner in Morocco at this excellent Resturant. The food wand the atmosphere were amazing, service was slow at start and then improved at the end of the dinner we were very happy and we really felt good. It is a bit expensive but it worth it. I would rank it second after Dar Tajeen.

This restaurant fills a Riad and serves delicious traditional Moroccan food. The food here was excellent, among the best meals we had in Rabat.

Make sure you look at the view from the roof top terrace before you leave; it's spectacular.
