Stunning Riad with amazing traditional decoration. Very hospitable owner. Lovely breakfast in a great location.

Dont miss Meknes out and go striaght to Fes. This place has so much to offer. Great train lines between the two.

Fantastic environment with a stunning roof terrace, great location. The only downsides for us were that our room was not one of the lovely ones (check when you book) and the staff were indifferent. But we would recommend the Riad because if you get the right room it is lovely. Location great and Meknes was really interesting and felt very 'real'.

Room Tip: Ask to see the room in advance, one of our children was unwell so we accepted the room too quickly a...

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food good, and the building was absolutely beautiful. It was very good value too. In the heart of the medina, it was close to the main square and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Room Tip: The most characterful rooms are in the older part of the riad.

I didn't take the time to review this gorgeous place in -evenly gorgeous- Meknes. The whole place is overwhelming! Such a charm that I thought I was at the wrong place at first. All the beauty of the patio's and the view from the Roof (and from the room) stunned us. We thought we booked a museum in stead of a hotel. It does fit the charm of Moroccan handicraft: decorated wood and mosaics all over.

The only little downsite might be the owner's love of loud opera music. However, who cares after all?

I spent 2 days with my family at this hotel, from the 16th of July to the 17th, and I can say it's a little paradise within a small crowded city, Meknes, in the middle of the medina. This hotel offers a great rooms, with a very good-looking design to it, very friendly employees, which greet you kindly every time you enter the hotel, by knocking on the door - not to forget the very friendly italian owner, which is always in for a little chat. Diners are also good, enough choice, and the breakfast is good for everyone offering jam and 'La vache qui rit' cheese, to use with fresh bread. Overall a very good experience.

Greetings to the italian owner from your recent dutch visitors, the family of four ;)

This hotel is located in medina and close to Landmark gate and park. The staffs are warm and friendly and ready to welcome any guest. Breakfast of this hotel was the best one in my stay in Morocco. Highly recommended hotel!

To be honest, we made two different reservations before arriving and stumbled across this one first to check out. It's beautiful so we decided to stay. The staff was super nice. They do have a 12am curfew though. If you are planning on staying out later, you need to ask the staff to make arrangements for your return. It wasn't really bad actually. By midnight the shops are closed and you are super tired from walking around all day and it's now quiet where you want to sleep so I think it's great. The room was beautiful and big. We actually stayed up late the first night and had a rare oppurtinity to talk to the owner and one of the employees, Said. We had a great time and he gave great insight on the culture and the Riad. They are offering dinner by reservation only to guests only and plan on expanding to a restaurant. I don't believe that is in Lonely Planet or the pool. We didn't swim because of time constraints but it is very nice. The rooftop is beautiful. Everything is really nice about this place.
