A beautifully renovated old house holds a stylish restaurant which offers the best food we ate in Morocco - which was matched by courteous and efficient service. The roof seems to be the place to be albeit no view: that seems to be filled up first before diners are seated inside although there would be no disadvantage in sitting indoors. Two distinct menus (printed on different sides of a menu car) offer "Western" and "Arabic" dishes but, of course, one can mix-and-match. Good wine list - the locally produced Medallion rose was well worth the money: as liquor is of limited availability in Morocco it is understandable that prices are relatively high. The food, though, is exceptional value for money. A memorable evening.
