This cooking class was so amazing! Everything was well prepared and pleasing to the eye. You get to work hand in hand with the amazing local women to learn how they cook the best Moroccan food there is. You experience the famous hospitality and traditional cooking with charcoal and Tajines. Not only is the food great, but proceeds go towards the Amal Women’s Training Center to train women for jobs in culinary arts. You can’t leave Morocco without attending.

We absolutely LOVED the Amal Center Cooking Class. We learned so much and the food was so delicious. Aside from that, the women who work there are just amazing. Some of the sweetest people you will meet. If you’re coming to Morocco, putting this in your itinerary is a definite must.

I had a blast with my group here at the Amal Center Cooking Class. Great food, nice instructors and a wonderful cause to help empower women to take hold of their lives. My favorite cooking class I’ve ever taken.
