We stayed at Jean-Pierre's riad for 9 days over Christmas this year with our entire family (parents, 3 college-aged children and one family friend) and it was amazing. You cannot beat the location of this riad as you are steps away from many major attractions and only minutes from the main square. In addition, the riad is lovely and beautiful and the housekeeper/cook is brilliant. Her breakfasts are delicious, and she can also make wonderful homemade dinners for you (tagines and couscous are fabulous). She also helped us with laundry and a few other things we needed along the way. This is an absolute gem in Marrakech and we'd highly recommend this riad.
Riad was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the Medina and there are plenty of food options there. There is also a small store selling bottled water and toiletries right outside his place. Jean Pierre was very friendly and hospitable. Note that he speaks really minimal English, we were informed beforehand and has a Spanish speaker with us so we were still able to communicate. Manon, her daughter replied very promptly to all my queries and was very helpful. We will love to stay again when we are back. :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Riad Juma with Justin and Khadija who did everything they could to make our vacation enjoyable. Khadija cooked us breakfasts and dinners that my children will remember forever and Justin helped us out with any practical details and shared his extensive knowledge of Marrakesh and its society. The riad has been beautifully decorated by Jean Pierre and his family and one has the sense that this is a family home more than a hotel which adds charm to one´s experience there. I recommend it highly.
