We thoroughly enjoyed the day trip, six seated van picked us up from outside our Riad. We fitted alot in the one day, camel ride, trip to the local market which was an amazing experience, trip to the atlas mountains and walk around village. Waterfalls were beautiful. Prepare for a two hour hike, my husband got a donkey up the mountain which was hilarious but couldn't have done without it great value for money, neverending tips to everyone though.

Got picked up in our hotel on time and headed outside of the city of Marrakech for a half day trip. The camel ride was fun; however, very short. Nothing too exciting, so don't expect much of the camel ride. Its goal is to give tourists a chance to take a picture while riding one. After that, we hiked up the mountain with our absolutely amazing tour guide Ibrahim. We decided to go further up the mountain and got to see some spectacular views. Ibrahim was absolutely amazing and was super helpful and answered any questions we had. All tours are small (ours had a total of 5 people) so individual attention is amazing! The day ended with tea at guides house. Very fun experience and glad we got to experience another side of Marrakech. Thank you!!

What a day - from start to finish it was so much more than we expected. Picked up on time by our driver Mohammed who was so friendly and attentive. After a small amount of pick ups (6 of us in the mini bus) we headed off to the mountains... stopping for a delicious breakfast and tea in beautiful surroundings. We drove up to the base village and were able to rent (very cheap) some warm fleeces as it was very cold and snowing at times. We met our guide Mohammed at the village who greeted us and explained the route up stopping at 3 villages in the mountains - Mohammed was an incredible guide, and helped us every step of the way ensuring we had a great day! We stopped for tea at the first village and soaked up the views of the surrounding snow topped mountains before going on to the highest village in the mountains. At this point we stopped for the most delicious lunch at a local Berber family Riad ... starting with some beautiful lentils and bread followed by tagine (veg option available) and fruit, the food was really good. We then went to the final tillage for some more tea and nuts before heading down - the views are breathtaking! On route home we stopped for camel rides in the sand and dressed up which was soooooo much fun!

This trip is incredible value and an amazing experience, we could not recommend more highly! Thank you to both our guides Mohammed and Mohammed for making it so memorable
