First of all: No one of the staff speaks any English.
The Riad by its own is nice and stylishly decorated. The rooms are small and pretty dark. The roof terrace would have been nice, but was not usable since the staff were unwilling to put out the cushions for the loungers. Originally, we had the room on the roof, which also would have been nice, if it hadn't rained. The water can through the (closed) roof windows, through the (closed) windows, through the (closed) door and even through the walls!
The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The breakfast was a bad joke: for 2 people we got two small coffees, two small orange juice, 10g butter, 10g jelly and 10g honey and 5 small peaces of baguette which felled like 4 days old. We stayed there for 4 nights, Breakfast was every day the same!
Be aware that any additions you order are ridiculous expensive. We've had one small tea which was 5EUR.
Last but not least the owner: Stefan. He's the most rude and self-satisfied smug I've met in a long time. We've never felled so unwelcome! He and his staff also talk very loudly until late at night, filling the whole riad with cigarette smoke.
