“Very good, great location, great breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Great location, just a few steps away from the square Dharma el Fna. There are a lot of restaurants on the square if you want to go out for dinner. The hotel is very nice designed, with a courtyard and a rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast. The breakfast was delicious: jus d'orange and Moroccan tea, Moroccan crepes and bread with jam and butter. When you ask for more they are willing to serve you again. :)

My friend and me got big room with four beds so we had enough space. The room was a bit dark, but you got air condition and WiFi. The toilet didn't flush very well, but you can fill an empty bottle with water to flush extra. The staff was friendly and helped us to book an excursion for camel riding. They picked us up at the hotel and brought us back, nice service. I had good experiences with this hotel and liked the Moroccan style.

The location of this hotel is great for exploring the old portion of the city. It is just down the street from the square but far enough away that you are not impacted by all the noise. The staff is friendly. Breakfast itself is nothing special but it is served on the rooftop terrace which on a sunny morning is a treat. The room was clean, very small and unfortunately it had a musty odor whenever you walked in. The shower had a drain problem.

This was a friendly Riad, that provided a great base for exploring this lively city. The price was great and although the rooms were small they were comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace started the day well.

We ate their evening meal which was lovely.

we will be staying at Belleville again....

I love this little Riad! Right at the the old Zeitun street, about two minutes from the Square, so it has the best location. Mr. Aziz is a very polite man and the communication is always good. I like their pretty rooms, and the breakfast on the top of the house with the view of the city. It was clean each time I was there. The rooms could be bigger but hey, its a traditional house!

This place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It includes a delicious breakfast on the terrace which you'll be grateful for to escape the noise of the souks. It has a great location right off the main square.

the rooms are decorated in a Moroccan style which was really enjoyable. We stayed during the winter so didn't use the A/C but all the rooms have an A/C.

At only 1-2 minutes walking from Jamaa el Fnaa (Center) this little riad offers good, small rooms. Good bed, airco (witch you really need!) and a lovely mosaic ensuite bathroom. Because it is such a small riad it is really cosy, lovely decorated en clean.
The staff is really friendly and wants to help you organize whatever you want to do in Marrakech.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely last days in beautiful Morocco!

I loved this riad. It was 2 minutes to the square, clean, safe, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful. I took a number of excursions and they kindly kept my luggage for days at a time while I was gone. If you need advice on meals, help setting up tours, a taxi to the airport, or a henna artist to come to your room, they will go above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen. I'll definitely be back.

Oh, the wifi is weak in the rooms but just open your window if you need to grab the signal from the lobby.
