Owner description: After your hammam at Mythic Oriental, come for a stroll in this extravagant 19th century palace. You’ll be able to prolong your relaxation with the beauty and quiet offered here.

Due to abundant people, I didn't spend long time here. The palace itself is empty. There are no furniture or other decoration. But it has many crafts on its walls and ceillings. It's OK to see when you're around the area.

The Bahia palace is an example of really beautiful Moroccan carving, tiling, plasterwork and design. Take time to look at the detail and you will really appreciate the craftsmanship.

Although the palace was closed to tourists when we arrived, it's worth a visit just to see the nesting storks on the battlements. Around the palace walls are nests which look like the workmanship of T-Rex. Storks abound. Get a drink at the Kosybar's roof terrace for the best views.

An old palace with an incredible history and some stunning carvings and ceilings . Sadly much of the original decorations and inlaid carvings were stripped out , but worth the tour
