We arrived to the Riad looking like bedraggled hippies straight from the desert , and were greeted with warmth the superb welcoming style of this wonderful Riad . Renovated & run by the family it is a triumph of beauty , everywhere you look all details are exceptional. As is the service and standard of this Riad .
After a quick revive we were then treated to the most memorable dinner served in one of their stunning dining rooms . They were constantly helpful welcoming interesting & delightful hosts.
I cannot recommend this Riad enough it is a wonderful experience & I cannot recommend MOROCCO TOURS enough who organized a superb family trip through Morocco which took us to the most memorable exotic places like this .

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The service was impeccable and they were always more than accommodating with whatever you wanted/needed. What I would say is that: YOU NEED TO ASK. Ask and you shall get, however, if you don't ask for anything then you will not get much from the experience. As a British person this wasn't that easy to get used to, but you soon get into the swing of it!

Our room was lovely, always impeccably serviced; the breakfast, snacks and dinners were delicious and the surroundings were just absolutely stunning. The roof terrace was so relaxing with a book and some mint tea and biscuits - we did not want to leave!

I thoroughly recommend a visit.

This Riad is a wonderful place. It is calm with beautiful big rooms which are well equipped with air con (but naturally cool)and excellent baths. Nice small pool. Reception staff very good and so is all the service. Owner often present. Food very nice. Breakfast lovely - especially on the terrace - and the onl thing i think they could improve is to add more variety and change to their dinner menus. Having said that perhaps try the full dinner one night then pick and choose by ordering from reception before 4pm.
I would come back here and look forward to it.

The Riad Kniza is absolutely perfect! The attention to detail in the architectural design, the room decors, the service and the food couldn't be better. Eating dinner on the rooftop terrace was heavenly, and breakfast as well. Mohammed and his son and the entire staff were amazingly helpful and kind. We felt pampered and as though we had entered into the the Morocco of yesteryear with all of the comforts one could want.

From the warm welcome we received when we arrived after a flight delay at 11pm at night (the owner's son had stayed up to greet us!) to the moment we left after having been allowed to stay in our room until late afternoon at no extra cost, the service we experienced was truly exceptional. All staff members were friendly and professional in the extreme. All requests were promptly and efficiently seen to - whether it be drinks or lunch in our room, the arrangement of a massage or the setting up of a table on the roof terrace so that we could have dinner there. Samira was fantastic and even hand wrote me my requested recipe for Lamb Tagine.
Our suite (Yakout) was beautiful with a large loung area (wifi access), lovely bedroom and stunning marble bathroom. The twice daily room clean and towel change was thorough and usually included rose petals on tne bed.
The food was wonderful - fresh and light and beautifully presented. We never saw a menu during our stay, instead whatever we requested was prepared to order.
The riad was a truly peaceful oasis of calm and tranquility away from teh hussle and bustle of marrakech street life.
Both my husband and I travel extensively for business and pleasure all over the world. It is very rare to find somewhere which really lives up to it's repuation but we found that the service along with such beautiful surroundings meant that this riad is a rare find - somewhere which really does match your expectations and exceed them. We will definitely be back (as soon as the grandparents can be persuaded to have the two little ones for a few days again!)

I took my husband, daughters and their partners to the Riad Kniza to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and I have to give myself a pat on the back for finding such a super place to stay! We had 4 nights of superb service, where nothing was too much trouble, excellent value for money and in a very good location. I would strongly recommend this Riad to anyone.

My wife and I recently spent 3 most enjoyable nights at Riad Kniza which is well situated to explore the many places of historical interest in Marrakech, as well as experiencing the bustle and diversity of the Jemma El Fna and learning to haggle in the souks. At the end of a fulfilling but tiring day, it is wonderful to be able to relax in this beautiful riad, let the tension drain away over a soothing bottle of wine and sample some of the delicious Moroccan cuisine. The staff are warm, friendly, helpful and efficient, without being obtrusive or over-attentive. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Riad Kniza to other potential visitors to this fascinating ancient city.
