Owner description: Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

Marrakech doesn't have too many 'must see' sights but assuming you like gardens, this is one of them. It's also worth getting a ticket for the adjoining museum. Together they take about an hour to have a look around and we got some lovely photos of the gardens

lovely gardens not far from hustle and bustle, nice cafe with different seating areas. Best first thing though mostly in shade. Taxi cost 50 Dhm back into marrakesh

I really liked the cactus collection and the garden should have been tranquil but unfortunately it's too popular. I wasn't particularly taken with the museum although I'm not into jewelery.

This house designed by Yves St Laurent is well worth a look, but it is quite pricey for what you get. It's best to go mid-afternoon when it's super sunny to really be able to appreciate the contrast between the blues and yellows.

If formal gardens are your thing, this is a beautiful place to visit. The colours and planting are amazing and the staff are very hardworking, pots were being painted and leaves swept the whole time we were there. We took the horse drawn carriage from the main square and our driver took us on a lovely trip around the city lasting around 40 minutes, he even crossed us across the busy road when we arrived at the Gardens. Worth a visit if you like this sort of thing. The Berber Museum within is a separate cost, buy both at gate if you want to visit both. Toilets are clean, attendant (needed to be tipped as most places in Marrakech). We enjoyed a cup of tea in the cafe within the grounds, the misted water sprayed into the air helped to cool us in the midday sun.
