Owner description: Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

“Gorgeous garden, wild colors. Try to time visit to avoid crowds”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

Fantastic garden, flamboyant and imaginative use of strong colors and water features. Amazing cactus and succulents, very well-maintained, set off very effectively in raked gravel. Could have benefited from better plant identification. The tour buses arrived around 10 am and the place was jam-packed with people not too interested in gardening or Berber culture - too bad since they took up a lot of space. Perhaps best to visit first thing in the a.m. or later in the afternoon.

The museum of Berber culture is well worth the extra admission - extremely well-presented, good audiovisuals, very good examples of their art and daily use tools, clothing, etc. Just enough to give a good feel for them, without overwhelming you with hundreds of similar examples.

“Oasis”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

This is a must, amongst the traffic is this Oasis, colours and plants are beautiful. Although it does get busy so go early. It is amazing respite to the hectic traffic and street life.
Sit by the memorial to Yves St Laurent and ponder your thoughts.

“Definitely worth a visit”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

Really peaceful, lovely palms and cactis and water features. Worth the money.
Cafe is very expensive. Look out for the turtles and fish. Feels very lush and green with beautiful flowers.

“Disappointment”
Reviewed April 2, 2013 via mobile

We saw nice cactus and some flowers. The garden is fairly small with no major attraction. Disappointed for the time and high relative entry fee for a small memorial garden to Eve...
