We stayed at this beautiful Riad for five nights in November and it made our experience even more memorable. We had never been to Marrakech before and La Parenthese is perfectly situated to visit all the best spots (the souks, museums, art galleries, main square & mosques) - everything is in walking distance but the Riad is set in a perfect spot just hidden away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech.
Patricia and Pierre were so welcoming when we arrived and would do anything for you. From suggesting restaurants, booking taxis and giving you tips on what to expect in the vibrant city of Marrakech.
Myself and my partner are big 'foodies' and travelling can be very difficult as i'm completely gluten free. The staff did everything they could to accommodate my needs and made sure I was always comfortable with the food provided. Breakfasts in Morroco usually consist of lots of bread but I was treated to freshly made fig yogurt, cheese omelette & mint tea - delicious! The meals that Fatizimah cooked for us were the best of our trip (especially the Kefta Tagine which melted in your mouth).
The layout of the Riad is so peaceful & decorated with great style and attention to detail. There is a great roof terrace and a hammam - I would definitely recommend the 60-minute massage!
Overall, we had a brilliant time in Marrakech and will definitely be returning to La Parenthese in the future - possibly with some friends to share the great experience! We can honestly not fault our stay and already miss it so much...
