“Great place to see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

The souk is really great to see. Don't talk to every merchant, just go there and walk and walk and walk. Don't panic, you will find the exit. I love it.

“abnoxious”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2013

It I were to go again, I'd put in ear plugs. That way you wouldn't have to listen to the aggressive people trying to swindle you every 2 feet. Everyone wants to show you something, and then demands money. I found it best to say "I have no money for you". They seem to get the point very quick.

“No hassle”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

You'd obviously get asked to buy things but no chasing if you said no. People are so friendly :D

So much to see if you can find your way around, recommend a guided tour.

“Rock the Kasbah shop - fair fixed prices, fluent English, no pressure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

Check out Julia's shop, Rock the Kasbah. She is a Brit living in Marrakech and has a lovely shop. Unlike the exhausting high pressure tactics employed by the other shop owners Julia is low key. She has fixed prices and nice things to buy.

Go to Café Arabe, put it on your right and walk straight. She is right down the path towards the Tomb Sidi Abd el Aziz, located on the left hand side. If you encounter several bollards in the road you have gone too far.
