“Shoppers paradise”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

Good quality handcrafted leather goods, shoes, lamps, metalwork, jewellery, scarfs and cloathes nice pashminas and kaftans. Great price for herbs and spices. Teapots galore i returned home dreaming about teapots and a good old cup of English tea. I bought a lovely teapot with a tray and 6 nicely decorated tea glasses for about £13.00 very pleased it looks wonderfull in our kitchen. Have fun haggling be polite and firm dont be afraid to have a bit of banter with the traders they have a good sence of humour.

“Haggle & Haggle Some More”
Reviewed April 27, 2013

Jemma al Fna is THE must see attraction in Marrakech, Morocco. Hundreds of stalls, shops, food stalls, performers and people from all around the world!

Be careful of pickpockets and horses than might run you over.

“Another bucket list”
Reviewed April 27, 2013 via mobile

Agree with all the reviews and advice - just remember the souks are not cheap - you can get the same things out in the country at the roadside where they are made for less with no hassle. ie cooking pots they ask 300 D will come down after much effort to 190 but 140 by road!
However grat fun but tiring would not miss

“Go with a guide”
Reviewed April 27, 2013

for the first visit use the services of a guide so that you can find your way around. we also got to see the other side of the souk - the places where they make the items for sale, absolutely fascinating!
