Owner description: At this small, well organized, and informative museum, you’ll get the chance to learn about the history of Marrakech and the region in general. Stocked with artifacts from past centuries and other quality exhibits, you’ll leave feeling satisfied with your time spent there.

small private collection of artifacts from across Western Africa - 20 Dirham per person; okay if you are around anyways with 30 minutes to kill

Took a while to find but this little museum was very interesting and well worth the entrance fee (20 Dirham). In a lovely building with pretty courtyard, it had exhibits from Saharan life, with a guide book in English to borrow.

This museum is a very personnel and beautiful little place. I have visit it twice and it is really worth seeing.

It is a collection and each room represent a village from North Africa

Housed on two floors there is a good collection of items from across north africa. All of the labels are in French but the museum provides and english guide book which is helpful. It is worth the diversion and provides a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of the nearby Dherb.

Well worth a visit, quite small although lots of artefacts and you are given a written guide which helps. Relax downstairs in courtyard area - very peaceful
