“full of everything”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2013

First, take some pictures with the local water sellers and with the singers gnaou. than, buy the delicious fresh orange juice and give a walk around. after you will be tired of so many beggers and seeing so many...everything, eat some cactus fruit, than sit down at the terraces-roof cafes and enjoy the best tea in the world-Marrakech Tea.

“Amazing- Its a must day or night!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2013

FUll of horse drawn carriages during the day, but I would recommend sitting in a Cafe roof terrace (get there around 6pm grab a drink and watch as the jemaa el Fna changes into a night time street food market) Amazing and the roof top terraces get very busy from 7 onwards.
Food stools 1 and 91 are really really good! All the food seems the same listed but Stall 1 spinach was amazing and spicey. Just be warned of all the hassle you will get to try and pick a food stall but by saying you remember their number and you will pop back later seemed to work.. although it feels very repeative after the 10th time! Its a must day or night

“Amazing atmosphere!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2013

Go in the late afternoon, find a seat in any of the rooftop cafes and just watch the square come alive! You might have to buy a drink or two to get that seat but it is well worth it.

The snake charmers, storytellers and monkey performers will slowly make way for the night market. Try a glass of orange juice from the numerous stalls or get lost in the medina. Mostly touristic stuff and souvenoirs. Be careful who you take photos of as some street performers and stalls might ask for a tip! Unfortunately, i did not stay late enough to try any of the food from the stalls. But there's always next time!
