This wonderful riad was our home in Marrakech for 5 nights, and we loved every minute of it. Once we walked through the door, we could feel ourselves exhale into the calmness and beauty of the riad. Our rooms were beautifully appointed, and the rose petals placed throughout upon entering was a beautiful, welcoming touch. We enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast every morning, and dinner in the restaurant as well. And the spa...ahhhhh! Had the Anti-Stress package and the hammam was awesome! What an experience.

In addition to all of the wonderfulness mentioned above, the staff was just the best. Special thanks to Btissam. She was the best! Lovely, kind, and helpful are just a few words to describe her. Everyone there was great. Writing this review is making me want to be there right now! I would definitely plan to return to Riad Nashira on my NEXT trip to Marrakech!

The only thing that I couldn't get to work was the TV. Was not familiar with satellite TVs, and even after having Khalid get it to come on, I could not do it the next day. Oh well! Perhaps an instruction sheet would help.

Room Tip: The second floor gave a beautiful view of the pool and atrium. Beautiful!

The place is beautiful but the stayed was very disappointing. At the arrival the air conditioning of the room did not work and we had to wait 45 min of our honey moon for a new room. The breakfast was not fresh, food at the buffet was obviously old and dry, the only fresh item was the orange juice. The service is missing, even when we were no more than 10 people staying at the riad and no more than 4 all together at breakfast time, you had to call waiters several times to get coffee, they show no service mood at any time. The rooms are very nice but towels were so dry and stiff you could get a scrub just by touching them. Overall, even when the place is very beautiful and peaceful, you feel unattended. We dont recomend it.

We spent in the hotel 4 nights. An outstanding hospitality. Location is not perfect but the stuff is very helpful. Rooms are very big and with very high standard. Nice spa and swimming pool. In general the hotel is very quiet.

Just come back from 4 nights at Riad Nashira. Good location at the north end of the main souk, 15 minute walk to the main square and easy to walk to all the main tourist sights.
Beautiful Riad, very clean and tidy. Staff were so helpful, arranging SPA appointments, always on hand to provide drinks, very friendly and knowledgeable. Good breakfast selection of fruits, cake, cold meats, pastries, pancakes etc
Would definitely recommend.

Loved our 5 days here. Beautiful inside, loved the roof top - gracious staff (a welcome delight from the high energy of the medina), loved their chicken and olive tagine, ditto beef and fig! breakfast was delish and bountiful (pastries, breads, amazing fruit, delish french/natural yoghurt made daily at the riad, meat, cheese and quiche type savouries... we saw people ordering omelettes but we had more than enough food on our plate!). Room was spacious, housekeeping excellent. Spa was very calming, definitely get a hammam! Tipping was at our discretion (we asked reception what the policy was) and we didn’t tip til the end, and I’m glad because you are generally a walking dollar bill in Marrakech and it was refreshing to be treated with courtesy from a genuine service culture, not because you had or hadn’t tipped. We took the private taxi trip to Essaouira arranged by the hotel, all great, lovely knowledgeable guy, but ... forewarned might help you specify expectations from the outset if this is not your thing... our 2.5 hour journey there was nearer 3+ hours because we were dropped off at a cafe (only had breakfast an hour ago at the riad, why are you depositing us here), then at the goats in trees, then at an artisan Argan oil farm/soap factory... all great but we couldn’t buy anything as travelling with hand luggage and restricted liquids, we hadn’t asked to stop there, and again it is just exhausting being sold to 24/7 and have to explain why you’re not buying ... and when you’re paying £75 pp you kinda just want a ride to your chosen destination. Could’ve bought a tourist trip of this nature for 1/4 of the price. Maybe we were over sensitive, but I think it’s just worth clarifying from the outset with your driver what you want/expect, however lovely he may be and however well meant the intention.
