The mosque is a bit run down inside. There are some tilework but a lot of it is chipped, and the building could do with a lick of paint. The central courtyard is also not well maintained. The roof is also quite simple. I dont think you can climb the minaret. It has beautiful arches and could have been a grander building. A bit underwhelming.
Also the locals around say everything is closed and dont seem to like you walking around and direct you back to the main square. The area around also feels slightly poorer.
