Wish if I could click more than 5*, wow what a place.. accommodation may be similar to any other Riad in the city, but people running the place makes it superb..!
Sister booked the full riad, don’t really know how much it cost, but it was worth every single penny paid.
Very helpful staff, you just need to ask once for anything and you’ll be given choices, ladies were amazing they cooked awesome breakfast and dinner, 5 adults & 4 kids, and not a single person complained about food, were happy like anything! The owner who lives in the UK was very helpful too and quick on answering our queries via emails (to best of his knowledge, some of them were on visa requirements)
I was told at end of our stay, my sister paid the tip to the staff 4x more than what she initially budgeted.. what more should I say!

We booked this Riad after searching for accommodation and being completely surprised at the price of this Riad. After reading reviews and communicating with Simon (who unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of meeting) we made a reservation for a our party of 8 adults and one 5 year old. Before our arrival Simon had arrange our transfer from the airport and we arrived with no hiccups. We were met at the entrance to the Medina by Adil & Abdel who were our in house hosts for the duration of our stay and were most accommodating. After a short walk to our Riad on what could be described as a little back street we opened the door to a gem hidden away behind a plain wall of terracotta. The Riad is beautiful. The open roof top over the in door court yard is the perfect escape from the hot day time sun and the little splash pool is perfect for dipping your feet in while sipping Moroccan Tea made by the lovely Adel. The roof terrace is great for topping up your tan if you can stand the blazing heat or you can retreat into the little authentic bedouin tent.
The rooms are decorated to a high standard and benefit from much needed air-con and also wet room en suite bathrooms. We found this was ideal and much better than a traditional bath or walk in shower, The beds were comfy and the size of the rooms more than adequate. Myself and a friend shared the centre room on the first floor (which is probably the smallest) and for 2 females with large luggage we had no problem.
The complementary breakfast made to our schedule each morning was lovely and having Adil & Abdelhamid (& Abdelhamid's brother I forget his name) to help with any of our needs was fantastic, they all really helped to make our trip magical.
All the little extras made our stay so enjoyable, from the free wifi to the breakfast, mint tea and honesty fridge were just great.
I could probably go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay and each one of us would gladly stay here again & would recommend to anyone going to Morocco the stay here as you get an authentic Moroccan vibe without breaking the bank. The staff are the added extra that you wouldn't get with a hotel and for us that was the icing on the cake.
Thank you all at Laksiba for making our first trip to Morocco so fantastic.

If we had not discovered Riad Laksiba three years ago, we would never have visited Marrakech so often (5th visit) because one needs a connection to want to go back time and again to the same place. For most people one visit to Marrakech is probably enough, they check out the sights and they can say "Been there, done that" but for us it is truly like going to visit family because we know we are genuinely welcome at Riad Laksiba. Abdelhamid and Adil are simply the best possible hosts you could find anywhere and instantly on arrival make us feel at home in this peaceful, safe haven ( far from the maddening crowd) where the hospitality could not be better. The atmosphere within is truly relaxing and on each visit we discover new things and always leave a lot more relaxed than when we arrived. Thank you , simon, Abdelhamid and Adil.

Tom at Riad Laksiba was my first contact in Marrakech. I was searching for a room for a trip we planned rather quickly. He did not have availability but referred me to other Riads who were equally as helpful. He continued to answer my questions as I was planning a bit frantically. I can't speak to his Riad but based on his help via email to someone who wasn't even going to stay with him, I know you can expect top notch service and perfect English.

We had a short break over Thursday to Sunday. Amazing stunning little oasis in the medina! The staff who run it are fantastic! Chilled and more helpful than your own mother! Lol... Absolutely would stay there again!
