“Incredible! C'est Magnifique!”
Reviewed May 7, 2012

We felt like the world's most pampered house guests -- the perfect combination of amazing, incredible service and warmth.

The room was beautiful (and, without question, clean). The riad was superbly (re)designed by Simone and Olivier -- the perfect combination between Moroccan and Western. Myriam's food nearly brought me to tears -- breakfast and dinner fit for a king. I also received the scrub of a lifetime. We bumped into Mohamed a few minutes away from the riad (we were going there, he was leaving), and he turned around and walked back with us!

One big plus -- the riad is tucked away, but easy to find! No need to worry about getting lost down a labyrinth of alleys.

I don't have enough adjectives to continue this review without it becoming monotonous, but I would recommend LVM to anyone wanting to have an excellent trip.

We stayed in January.
Upon arrival we were really pleased to see that th Riad more than lived upto the pictures on the website and is beautiful, and built to an outstanding quality and that the housekeeping lives upto this standard! The roof terrace is fantastic and the panoramic views are breathtaking.
But the real reason to visit is the team that run LVM. The food is absolutely outstanding and was an unexpected treat and nothing was ever too much.
I have been meaning to write a review since I got back (4 months ago) but it was a conversation last night about the amazing croissants, which are cooked in the Riad, and are the best I have ever tasted anywhere that reminded me what a magical place it is and prompted me to finally get round to it.
I can not recommend this Riad highly enough.

what an amazingly special and luxurious Riad, unlike all the others. Constructed and decorated with real care and attention to detail, the French owners of this riad have done a grand job. We absolutely loved our stay here.
Our room was beautiful, cleaned to a high standard every day. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental and served on the lovely roof terrace, which also played host to a great hot tun. With the riad being so small you are very likely to have this all to yourself. There is also a pool in the centre of the riad.
All the special little extras you'd expect in a hotel at this price = robes, slippers, petals *!( etc are all there, and the whole experience of staying here feels very personal and homely. Its a beautiful environment to be in, very cooling and calm - a sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.
The location of this riad is within walking distance of the main square and most of the mosques. There a some very quaint shops around and great bakeries. Its a true breath of fresh air and true luxury in the heart of Marakech- absolutely loved this gem, a very special place to stay

Wouldn't advise staying with kids, rooms probably would not accommodate it, and the taxis wouldn't go right up to the riad - narrow dusty streets - so a bit of walking involved which we did not mind at all.

Won't repeat what others have said about LVM, suffice to say all of it is true. Simone and Olivier run a tight, well oiled ship and are natural hosts.........We will remember this place for a long, long time!

Feels like a luxury home, 5 stars service, Michelin star food La Villa Marrakech is a surprising discovery in Marrakech. if you want the luxury of La Mamounia without the price and feel of a large hotel, La Villa Marrakech or LVM is just the place for you and your family.
the place is very well managed and nothing is ever too much.
There is a new panoramic terrace (the highest point in the Medina with the Royal Palace) and the feel is just fantastic - relaxing from above the busy streets.
The heated pool and SPA treatments match the overall quality of this luxury yet undiscovered (yet) establishment.

Room Tip: Book the new LVM Suite on the upper terrace with direct access to a panoramic terrace.

My wife and me stayed 4 nights at La Villa Marrakech and 1 additional night in Marrakech. We wish we had satyed the addtional night at La Villa Marrakech. The local staff and owners are wonderful, very helpful in all aspects. We stayed at the Riad for dinner the first evening, the meal was fantastic, prepared by the staff. We dined in town (La Medina) the following day in a restaurant very well rated for its food and local atmosphere. It was good, but not as good as the dinner we had the previous day at the Riad so we decided to have dinner again at the Riad La Villa Marrakech and we were not disappointed. We have done as well the Hamman with the Morrocan scrub at La Villa Marrakech, and the hamman facility is state of the art as it recyles air, making the steam and the room not suffocating at all. We have done as well a massage there, and was perfect.
The breakfast as well are just to die for. The facilities (pool, hot tub (called American Spa), terrasse, hammam) are great, very well maintained, as is the entire Riad.
In summary, a very well located Riad, wonderful service, extremelly well maintained with very good amenities. If you have to go in Marrakech, La Villa Marrakech is the place to stay.

Si vous allez a Marrakech, le riad La Villa Marrakech est l'ENDROIT ou il faut sejourner.

Room Tip: The rooms are all great, we had La Villa Marrakech suite which is on the last terrasse floor, which...
