This is a beautiful Riad with nice rooms, beautiful public spaces, however, it is the service that is The real star here.

Everyone was both super friendly and super attentive to our needs. After 4 nights here we felt very much at home.

Transfers all worked perfectly and efficiently as did every aspect of service through our stay.

The food is fantastic both at breakfast and dinner. It is a feature we found both here and other Moroccan riads is that the food is both good and far more plentiful than you need. There is inevitably a snack offered whenever you get back to the Riad.

Even in late December we ate breakfast on the roof terrace most mornings and enjoyed a drink up there in the afternoon. The Riad is licensed, which we understand not always the case in the medina.

We had a suite and a room for our family. The suit was large and beautifully decorated. The room was nice And more on a par size wise with a western hotel room. The suite had a TV, the room didn't. Although being English speaking there is a limit to how much CNN and BBC world news that can be consumed in one trip!

The Riad is about a 15 minute walk to the main square and is buried deep in the "real" medina where real people live, away from but within easy walking reach of all the main tourist activities.

The medina is of course maze like, but after a day you get the hang of it. The staff at the riad will walk with you if you are unsure and give you a phone in case you get lost.

If you come to Marrakech or the other imperial cities of Morocco and don't stay in the medina, you have missed the opportunity to do something really special.

A practical service feature I should mention is that the daily laundry service is included in the room rate. Everything comes back very clean well ironed. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels, getting free laundry is a first!!

My 17-year-old daughter and I (a middle-aged mom) just spent 5 dreamlike days at this Riad in the middle of the Medina (i.e., the old center city) of Marrakech. We cannot say enough about Riad Kheirredine. From beginning to end, the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The physical space is just gorgeous, with ample cozy rooms for reading or relaxing, fires crackling in the evenings, and lush gardens scattered about. My daughter spent a couple of hours every night on the roof, under the stars, lying on a pillow-covered couch on one of the many terraces, while she caught up with her friends from home. Our room was comfortable, clean, stunningly appointed, and had everything we needed. They even did our laundry at no extra charge! The breakfasts were fantastic, and Moroccan tea, water, and coffee were available at all hours from our arrival to our departure. We had dinner the first night in the Riad, and found it so delicious and cozy that we repeated it a few days later, after a lovely hammam and massage that left us relaxed and ready to stay in for the night. (In fact, we enjoyed our spa treatment at our Riad much more than one at a highly-rated place that we went to later in the week.) All in all, we loved this place and can't wait to come back!!

From the very moment my wife and I arrived at Marrakesh airport we felt at home. A driver was waiting for us. He helped with our luggage and drove us as far as the car can go. Two young men were waiting for us; they took our luggage and walked us through the narrow alleys to the Riad. We were greeted as if we were entering a friend’s home. Sara warmly greeted us, took us to a beautifully, traditionally decorated room, a basket of fresh fruits was on the coffee table. Soon after, Moroccan mint tea and a plate of dried fruit arrived. Sara was the perfect host, she told us about the Riad, the history, the town and answered all of our questions, she gave us a tour of the Riad and told us she was saving the best for the last. And indeed she was. Our room was a marvelous suite, one of two imperial suites they have. Our luggage were already waiting for us, she only left after she made sure all our needs were met. I had made reservation for the full Moroccan dinner. What an exquisite experience. From the soup to the appetizer to the main course of chicken tagine. Of course the meal would not be complete without Moroccan tea and sweets. The chief, Khalid, had been on the job for only 3 days, we had a nice conversation with him and I hope he will be there when we visit again. Every dinner we ate at the Riad, he delighted us with his creations, particularly when it came to Moroccan cuisine. I was there for business, the next morning after a delicious Moroccan breakfast, and since I did not know where to go to get a taxi, they call for one and one of the staff walked me to where the taxi was waiting, all along the way, he was pointing to landmarks so that I can find my way back.
To my wife’s delight, breakfast is served at any time of the day. She is one of those people who do not like to eat as soon as waking up and thus she was able to get her breakfast whenever she desired. Sara, who was off that day, volunteered to show my wife around, so they spent the day together exploring the markets of the old city. They also gave my wife a local phone with all the important numbers she may need.
I can describe the Riad more, but look at the pictures on the website. I can tell you that those pictures do not do the place justices. It is a lot more beautiful and exquisite. But, the staff was the best part of the stay. There was nothing they would not do or get for us. It really felt like we were visiting family. I wish I wrote down their names to thank them individually, but their smile and gentleness is what I will always remember and if I come back to Marrakesh that is where I will stay.

When you arrive at Kheirridine you are in for a huge positive surprise
It looks like nothing from the outside but inside it unfolds as a very beautiful newly restored Ryad
The staff is wonderful and on their toes to make your stay enjoyable. The room rate includes all basic needs , non alcoholic drinks, fresh fruit, snacks. People like Iman and the rest of the girls in the office , Ibrahim and Walid did their utmost to make us feel at home
The rooftop is out of 1001 nights, and with a magnificent view on the city and the High Atlas Mountains
We enjoyed each of our 4 days there
Food is plenty and excellent - Also their dinner
One piece of good advise- wear your warm clothes for breakfast at this time of the year as the restaurant was quite chilly

We booked this Riad based on their TripAdvisor rating and we were not disappointed. An absolutely stunningly designed Riad in the Medina area of Marrakech. The staff at the Riad Kheirredine make a huge effort to ensure your stay with them will be memorable and it certainly was. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us and were there to accommodated our every wish. We had breakfast every morning at whatever time suited us and we could eat anywhere in the hotel - everything was at our disposal. We stayed in the Verveine bedroom, with its stunning Moroccan designs, which was immaculately clean and kept that way through out our stay. We ate dinner in the restaurant on 3 evenings during our stay and the food on each occasion was delicious. We would definitely recommend the Moroccan tagine, the service was flawless. The Riad is situation on the edge of the Medina and an absolute haven to come back to after a busy day walking the many narrow streets in and around the souks. This has to be one of the best hotels (even though it is classed as a Riad) that we've ever stayed in!!!
