Riad Kheirredine is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Yajaira, Valentina, and the rest of the staff took great care of us, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were perfectly happy. We did eat a light dinner there and breakfast. Both were delicious.

Guests should know that the riad is not in a touristy location but getting to and from it will give you a taste of the “real” Marrakesh. Also, the rooms have fragrances that match their names, such as rose, jasmine, etc. If you are sensitive to fragrance, this would not be the place for you.

My husband and I stayed at Riad Kheirredine in November of 2012 and it was perfect in every way.

While it's an easy walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks (about 10 min), the location of RK puts you right in the heart of a residential neighborhood and immerses you in the local culture.

The property is immaculate and the rooms are all exquisite and unique. We stayed in the ambre room which was bright and sunny and had the most delicious and distinct fragrance. Its a smell that even a year later I would recognize immediately.

The staff (especially Valentina, Ishmael, and Abdul) are wonderful and organized. They arranged airport transportation for us and offered honest recommendations. While we were there, they helped to make reservations, guided us into the main square, armed us with a mobile phone programmed with all the staff numbers and even came and collected us when we got turned around in the souks (which will likely happen to you too at some point during your stay).

Food is top notch. From daily breakfast on the rooftop to continuous water and fruit in your room, the staff makes sure you never need anything. We ate one dinner in at the Riad and it may have been the best meal we had in Marrakech.

Don't hesitate. Book today and you'll have a great time.

Before our travel, I conducted a thorough analysis on tripadvisor and booking.com, and thanks fully I trusted my gut feeling based on the information from booking.com, I just invite you to have a look as on this travel advisor the ranking of this riad is much more in line with what you will get, in few words:
A team with dedicated and carefull staff, a size of riad and accommodation allowing to grasp the magic of Marrakech, breakfast, diner and advises which will go beyond your expectations, terraces allowing you to relax outside even in the middle of the medina. Our daughter had a birthday surprised breakfast which was very tactful. It was the first time in Marrakech for my wife and I but not for my stepfather who lived there many years ago and I can tell you that all of us are only thinking to the next time we will comeback and obviously at Kheirredine...
Well you can always look to anywhere else but you can go to Kheirredine and you will have this magic spell of beautiful places where everything is just right and you will remember it for long with sweet memories.
Last but not least, thanks to Ismail, Abdu, Valentina, Yajaira and all the team, what you do is great and we can only dream to find such quality in service anywhere we go!!!

Room Tip: Just call the Riad, the 7 rooms are all different and we just tried only one of them, the Jasmin suite but all seems to have their own charming spell....

We stayed three nights and everything about our stay was just exquisite. The staff were all friendly, attentive and wonderfully helpful. The accommodation was top class and the building is itself an attraction. We chose to have two dinners 'eating in' and the food was delicious, and we'll never forget the lavish breakfasts on the terrace and the mint tea with delicacies in the late afternoon sun after a full day's sightseeing.

This is hands down the best hotel I have experienced to date. The customer service and the facilities were simply impeccable. The riad was truly our home away from home, our peaceful oasis from the business of the city.

Not only were the rooms and the rooftop (our favorite place at the riad) just enchanting and always spotless, but the staff was truly a model of excellent service (better than most top-notch or luxury hotels, who could learn a thing or two from these guys). From Valentina and Yajaira at the front desk, to Ibraim, Ishmael, and Abdul (who were my Champions League semi-finals watching buddies), to the housekeeping staff of Helena, Cathy, and all the rest of the staff. The minute we walked through the door after every excursion, we always had their full attention and were truly taken care of. Everybody was so attentive and genuinely warm, even our little daughter fell in love with them and the riad itself (especially the tasty cookies she would get every day). They all made themselves available for help at all times and, as all the other reviews say, provide you with a cell phone in case you get lost or need assistance outside of the riad. It happened to be our daughter's second birthday the day we arrived and they even had a birthday cake for her!!! And, even though they do not serve any meals besides breakfast and the traditional full Moroccan dinner (which you have to order in advance), they were able to accommodate us because I was feeling under the weather and was not able to go out of the riad to get dinner. They were truly accommodating and helpful.

Our rooms (Musk and Verveine) were impeccable every day. Our Verveine room had a pull-out couch which the housekeeping stuff pulled out every evening while we were out to make into a comfy bed for our daughter and placed her stuffed animals on the bed in a cute way, which we thought was such a nice touch.

We had the traditional dinner the night we arrived and it was heavenly. You should definitely try it! The breakfast was a highlight within itself. And just the lovely mint tea that was always available regardless of the time of day.

I would not stay anywhere else and we fully intend to stay there when we come back. We loved the place and we love and miss the crew! They are the best!
