Me and my mother went there and the food was avarage and a little more expensive than other places. It's was good, but the food was all cold/sort of warm. We had the noodle soup, the duck breast and the crémé bruleé. The view is spectacular, the staff is quite polite, EXCEPT for the as*hole outside. This man came up to us on the sidewalk and asked us if we wanted to go to Kosybar and he was going to take us there, so after a 30second walk he pointed us to the door and wanted a tip. When we refused to pay him a tip for the small walk, he told us F.U, twice.. The staff downstairs didn't seem like they wanted him to get lost, while being rude to their customers.
