Lovely little riad, room was really nice on the 1st floor, breakfast very good with great mix , pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, bread rolls, jams etc, location was excellent 3 min walk from the bahia palace. we got the organised pick up whcih is really good for 1st time visit as riad up an alley way so they walk you to the door. Lot of good restaurants near by too, and the main square and souks about 15 min walk. Very good value for money and would definately stay again. the3 owner Bruno was so helpful, marking all the best places to see on his map. would recommend this place to anyone glady!!

Un sejour merveilleux a Dar Crystal ou la gentillesse et la chaleur de l'accueil nous feront revenir certainement. Riad super bien place pour visiter la ville facilement, souks a proximite, marches de souvenirs, epices etc.

A wonderful stay in Dar Crystal where the kindness and the warm welcome will make us certainly come back. Dar Crystal is very well located in the center of the Marrakech with easy access to touristic visiting points, nearby souks, souvenirs markets, spices etc. We warmly recommend it.

very nice place with helpful staff and close to a relaxed square near the spice market. The little alley didn't seem promising but once inside the door a serene calm ambiance in the courtyard and a great space on the rooftop made for relaxing.

Had a wonderful weeks stay here in late September.

A fascinating city and people, full of interest and different cultures.

The hosts, Brahim and Simo, could not have done more to make us so very welcome. Their knowledge of Marrakesh and advice regarding good restaurants, places of interest to visit etc etc was invaluable.

Half way through our stay I overhead them say to newly arriving guests...."our home is your home"......how true those words were. Everything we asked for, from a pot of coffee to organising taxis to and from the airport was done with a smile.

Their hosting made our 'holiday' one we will always remember with great affection.

Will we go back there....?....absolutely....!

Our stay in the Riad Dar Crystal was very well. The Riad itself is hard to find but the taxi pickup from the airport made it all easy. Don't expect a frontdoor taxi delivery, the Riad is in an ally and you have to walk for 1 minute.
After the frontdoor there is a tranquil scenery. Although it took a wihile before the staff had some time for tea and an explination of the city and Riad.
The pros of this Riad is the pretty good spot in the city, a walk from everything, design of the room and quiet spot to escape the madness of the city of Marrakech.
The cons are the quality of the bed, needs a refill or something and the loose way the staff walks through the building, they probably miss a little 'real' hotel experience. On the other hand they are willing to help you at costs... The 'swimmingpool' is useless, only 3 by 3 at the most! Breakfast will test your patients, when all rooms are occupied there is not enough space to sit and will take a while before you receive something. They have to find a better way to make breakfasttime shorter...

Room Tip: Take a room on the first floor.
