We organised an airport pick up which I would recommend for at least arrival in order to get there easily and not get picked up by wandering "guides"
Once you've seen the route it is easy to find.
The rooms are basic but are clean and comfortable, you made need the duvets provided in winter months as it does get cold over night. We never had any problems with hot water even though we had 3 of us staying.
The staff are very helpful and will point out wherever you need to go.
Only downside is the poor wifi signal but you can pick that up fine downstairs.
You will get woken up by prayers at 6am unless you are a very deep sleeper but that'll probably be the case throughout the Medina.
The roof terrace has brilliant views and its good to get up there in the evening before heading out.
For the money paid its very good value, I probably wouldn't go to Marrakech again as there is not much to see after 4 days but if anyone I knew was going I wouldn't hesitate pointing them to this nice little riadMore
