Having followed the trip advisor rating we put it as a priority. I couldn't see what all the fuss was about; a load of old lack and white photos of Marrakech and its people not looking to different to now. The view of the snowy mountains from the rooftop restaurant made it slightly more worthwhile but that was the only redeeming point for me. A waste of money otherwise.

Located close to Ben Yousuf Madressa, the museum offers a wonderful collection of early Moroccan photographs. Entrance is 40 dirhams and you can use your ticket to gain access more than once. Its a must for all photographers. Will take under about 45 mins to go through the 3 levels and stunning views of the Medina and Atlas mountain range awaits you at the rooftop terrace.

The restaurant on the rooftop offers a great spot for lunch and the food was excellent. 80 dirhams for a 3 course set menu.

Great small gallery with historic Morrocan photography. The best is the roof though.....have lunch there and look at the mountains and rooftops......it is tremendous.

This small gallery is a labour of love. We really enjoyed looking at the photographs and the view from the roof terrace is stunning. Postcards and prints are available to purchase. Definitely worth a look.

Small gallery but with some interesting photographs. Friendly staff and under 16's are free (otherwise it would have felt quite expensive for such a small collection). We went because the owners of our Riad recommended the roof top terrace. We ended up having lunch there which was very nice and offered quite views of the Medina and Atlas Mountains
