Some great old photos of Marrakesh in atmospheric building. Difficult to find but worth the effort. Your ticket entitles you to return throughout your stay.

“Saved by the roof terrace cafe”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

Based on this being the no 1 attraction in Marrakech this was our first port of call, what a let down! Difficult to find we ended up paying someone to show us the way. Most of the pictures on display we later saw on postcards for sale all over Marrakech. The roof top terrace cafe is its saving grace as it has fabulous views all over the city. Overall though we have no idea why it is the no 1 attraction there are much better things to see and do.

“Nice escape!”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

A really nice, calming place set in an old house. Very beautiful with fantastic views on the sun terrace - great spot for a picture of the city and the atlas mountains in the background. A nice way to spend an hour.

“Excellent little Museum!”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

This was a lovely place to walk around and see the history of Morocco through the eyes of some great photographers. The terrace at the top of the museum gives a great view of Marrakech and the Atlas mountains!

“Nice people”
Reviewed March 13, 2013

Nice lunch on rooftop terrace. Interesting photos of 1880, 1920, 1940s Morocco. Step inside away from the craziness, hassle and hustle of the street into a little oasis, calm and tranquil. Staff were very nice, lunch pretty good, but seemed like great value equivalent to about 7 Euro to feed two.
