e stayed in this Riad for the first days of our honey moon and we loved it. The rooms are beautiful and romantic. the service is great. Samira was amazing, she helped us to get a rental car (great price) and a Riad in Fez. She also advised on good places to eat. The location of the Riad is great, in the middle of the souks, but very easy to find with the map she gives us (actually we just use the map the 1st day). In 5 min we are in Djemaa el Fna, fantastic! We could arrive any time of the night, always felt save. Breakfast is very good too, nice orange juice and eggs and pancakes. Also very quiet place, perfect for people that want a good nice rest.
loved it!!! And we will go there again for sure!!!! Thanks Samira!

We loved how close this was to Djemaa el Fna and the souks- probably about a 5 minute walk! There were great restaurants near-by such as Cafe Arabe and Bouganvilla Cafe. Samira was so sweet to us. We were welcomed with yummy mint tea and an array of cookies in the stunning lobby of the riad. The ambre room was so gorgeously decorated. We felt like we were in a palace! There is wifi in the lobby downstairs. I had a massage given by one of the staff and it was very relaxing and a great price! The breakfast each morning was very tasty. Samira arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4am to go to the airport on our last day.

This place is truly a hidden gem in the Marrakech medina. It's hard to find the first time around but, after that, one is almost relieved to be far away from the noise and craziness of the medina. The soul of the riad is, of course, Samira, the owner. She welcomed us as if we were family and she and her sisters made sure all our needs were taken care of during our stay, from a couple's massage to a romantic dinner. Our suite was Pierre de Lune and it was beautifully decorated. The only warning is for people who need privacy in the bathroom, as there was no door to separate it from the bedroom, just a little curtain. Everything else worked like a charm, the much needed AC, the wireless internet, and even a television set (not a common thing in riads). The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was served in the roof-top terrace and it was delicious. So was dinner at the riad, on demand, anywhere, any time. We had a wonderful time at the riad and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location at a great price and with top-notch service.

My son and I finished our three week tour of Morocco in Marrakesh and more specifically at Riad Reves D'Orient. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and welcoming place to stay. Our tour guide, Lahcen Boujouija, from Around Morocco Tours brought us to this heaven in the heart of the Medina. I have finally realized that trekking bags through the narrow Medina streets and allies is always worth it when you end at a place such as this. Utter tranquility awaits each guest. Samira, the manager is a most beautiful and welcoming girl. She has gone out of her way to make us feel at home here. As a matter of fact we all sat up until the wee hours of the morning talking and laughing. When I woke in the morning very sick from something I had eaten outside the Riad, Samira was very comforting and took good care of me all day nursing me back to health with tea and water. I have made a new friend here in Marrakesh and one that I hope to come back and see every time I return to Morocco. Don't stay anywhere else in Marrakesh!

This is the best experience we have ever had when travelling abroad. Samira is such an excellent hostess and she accomodated our every need, she even got up at 4am one morning to accomodate our breakfast prior to us going on a hot air balloon trip. The food provided on request on the first and last night of our stay was excellent, in fact our best meals were eaten in the riad and cooked by Samira's sister. Samira also gave us good advice on where to eat out in the Medina. The riad is run by Samira and her brothers and sisters and the atmosphere is relaxed and we felt very at home, we came and went as we wished. We were suprised on our fourth and final night with belly dancing and we had a fabulous evening. We came away from our short 4 day break feeling refreashed and most importantly having made new friends. I can recommend this riad as one of the most fabulous places to stay either as romantic couple or as we did with our 9 year old son. The riad is quiet and peaceful and a cool and calm refuge from the hectic hot days spent in the souks - we can't recommend it highly enough.

I've been in Marrakech in June 2010 for 5 days, and I've been staying at Riad Reves d'Orient. The first and most important thing to say is that I will come back to Reves d'Orient for sure, because it has everything I was looking for.
It's a very beautiful and elegant riad, just in the middle of the medina, less than 5 minutes walk to the Djemaa el Fna (the biggest square/market place in Marrakech), less than 1 minute walk to wonderful souks, nice bars/cafe'/shops.
They riad itself is very nice, rooms are big and comfortable, everything is very traditional but also very elegant.
Breakfast (which is complimentary) is great, and in fact having breakfast in the morning was almost enough until the dinner.
There is also the possibility to have dinner in the riad (we had it twice) and the food is really good, really Moroccan, just something not to miss.
This is all good, actually very good. But the best of the riad are the people you will find there.
Samira (the manager) and her sisters/team are always willing to help you, to give you some good advices, or just to have a chat with you, drinking some very good mint tea.
I can just recommend this place, it is really a wonderful riad in a wonderful city, and I'm pretty sure that in October when I'll come again in Marrakech I'll visit again Samira.
