A must visit for anyone who would like to experience the Traditional Hammam, rose petal bath and the relaxation the l'Alhambra has to offer. This was reccomended by the staff at our Riad and we enjoyed every minute although you were unsure what was coming next....

My husband, our two teenage daughters and myself had 2 hours of real pleasure at Les Bains de l'Alhambra. It was really just wonderful and we would visit them again without hestitation. It was no problem that my husband and I took hammam and massage together. One very important thing - remember to bring new underwear/bra! You have these on during your hammam - to bad if you didn't bring an extra..

Professional, clean, relaxing environment, received THE BEST hammam and massage experience here. Men and women can be in the Hammam together if requested as a "Duo experience" which is hard to find in Marrakech. Wonderful experience, a must do!

This spa was recommended by the Riad we were staying in (Riad Les Trois Palmiers) as one of the best in Marrakech. As Morocco is Muslim, it was hard to find a place that could cater for men and women together. Les Bains de l'Alhambra can provide this service at request, it was another reason to book!

The Spa is located near the Saadiene Tombs in an old building. It's small, neat and clean, very warm and comforting, where the staff look after you every step of the way. We were greeted at reception and taken to a room where we changed into bathrobes and slippers which were supplied. We went for Pack 3 which included a hammam, clay wrapping, foot bath, foot massage, rose petal bath with salts and aromatherapy oils, a head massage and a full body massage (that alone was one hour). The length of the whole pack was about three hours.

It was a great spa experience, therapeutic, relaxing and a moment of calmness. Nothing like we have ever had before. My boyfriend and I left feeling recharged and uplifted.

As advice, take a towel, soap and shampoo! This is my only negative piece of feedback about the place, there were no towels (we had to use the bathrobes to dry ourselves) or soap in the shower room at the end of the experience to get all the oil off.

I would definitely go back there and try other treatments, if I ever were to go back to Marrakech. If only we could have this in the UK (and at the same price)!

The treatments - hammam scrub, ghassoul, massage, and pedicure/manucure are all very good, however no towels are provided, neither are hair brushes or hair dryers, so make sure you are not booking right before a fancy lunch! The hammam is not a steam room, just a tiled room with heated benches but no incoming steam from vents. And as other reviews mentionned, the foot bath in the hammam is probably used for several guests.
