I found this place thanks to trip advisor and I must confirm that this riad is really perfect in every single aspect.

It is well positioned, it is warm and a sooo beatiful place to spend your holiday in Marrakech if you want to know the medina in all its aspects. .Nicole is really fantastic and makes all guests feel very special, she gives suggestions and help to make your trip easy and rich of experiences.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and always clean, the breakfast are rich of fruits, pancakes, bread and jams of every kind and they are the perfect moment to chat with Nicole that will make your staying special and unforgettable.

I highly recommend a stay in this riad.

This riad is an wonderful oasis in a very local part of the Marrakech medina with a very interesting walk to the main square. Nicol is a marvellous host with a very warm welcome and who organised all aspects of our visit extremely well. Her knowledge of Marrakech and Morocco made our visit so much more enjoyable.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with very quirky en suites. The breakfast are to die for with many varieties of fruits, pancakes, bread and jams.

I would advise stopping at least 2 nights in order to appreciate the riad's relaxed atmosphere and to take advantage of chatting to Nicol.

All in all I highly would recommend a stay in this riad.

definately recommend this riad, clean comfortable and charming, yummy moroccan breakfast served in the mornings. Nicole made us feel very welcome and gave us good advise she was always around to help, she delivers an outstanding service. I would recommend that anyone staying at the hotel takes up transfer that she offers, we didnt but wished we did!

The pleasure and ease of our 5 days in Marrakech was mainly due to the extended hospitality and warmth that we received from Nicole at Dar Coram. Nicole makes each of her guests feel very special!! Nicole took the time to offer us advice and suggestions for all aspects of our stay and took extra steps to ensure that we felt comfortable and secure at all times, including providing a clear map of the city, walking us a short distance on our first day so that we knew how to get back and offered good advice on places to go and see! Nicole took the time to listen to our adventures of the day, which we really enjoyed sharing with her. Nicole's genuine commitment to each of the guest's stay was also carried out by all who work or who are connected to Dar Coram (Special thank you to Fatima and Jamal)

Dar Coram is a real gem: imbedded within a family area we felt less like a 'tourist' and more part of the rhythm of the old town. It is very discretely positioned and not sign posted (thus the pick up trasfer from the airport was a very good idea particularly as we arrived at night) but once inside it sparkles with tasteful Morrocan charm!!!

We would happily recommend Dar Coram to anyone visiting Marrakech. It offers excellent value for money yet feels luxurious without ever being over the top. We stayed twice during our trip to Morrocco and tried two rooms. The Drissia, on the ground floor and therefore a bit cheaper, was still a lovely room. I think we managed a good 12 hour sleep on the enormous bed. There is a good range of rooms in the Riad and, from what we saw of the two other Riads we stayed in, Dar Coram has got it spot on. With the quality of the breakfasts, the comfort of the room and a great host in Nicole (and also Fatima), I would not hesitate to stay here again. I should also mention that Nicole very kindly looked after some of our luggage as we went off for a few days in Essouira. Don't think twice about staying here if Nicole has rooms available.

A wonderful, calm place to stay - out of the way, but close to many of the famous sites. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We received a warm welcome from Nicole, the owner, and were made to feel at home for our entire stay. Breakfasts (on the upstairs terrace, weather permitting) were tasty and substantial. Nicole helped us to arrange dinner bookings and a trip to the Atlas mountains - with Jamal, a friend, whom we would also highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.

Great riad

We spent 8 days in this riad and I have only good opinions about it.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, at dawn only hear the birds singing, and when you get up you expect a great breakfast typical Moroccan handmade by Fatima.

The owner of the riad, Nicole, great person, friendly and helpful giving you good advice and tells you everything you want to know.
We will miss the long and lively conversations with her.

At first it seems difficult to get from place to riad that the streets are very equal, but then you see no problem or difficulty.
100% recommend this riad.

We will return
