This was my 4th trip to Marrakech. I stayed at a Club and Hotels before but this time I looked for something small, close to the souk and with a more personal touch.
Walking through the chaotic Medina and arriving in this small oasis gave immediately a sense of relax.
A lovely team with Yvonne, Saleh, Khadija and Nadia who were brilliant in taking care of everything, from advices on where to go to all meals etc.
I stayed in the Plum and the Aubergine rooms which I highly recommend (more spacious and lighter). and enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the only noise coming from birds!
Looking forward to beeing back in Marrakech and staying there again!
Many thanks also to Mr. Bader who gave some background on both Riads Chi Chi and Ariha.

We stayed in the Indigo room for 6 nights; it is large comfortable and, because the riad is in the middle of the medina with its myriad of alleys, it is quiet. The real strenght of Riad Chi-Chi is Yvonne and her three friendly and able staff; you feel better looked after than in a 4 star business hotel. Breakfasts are good and served in the peaceful courtyard when you want them. On the night of our arrival we had dinner in and their Morrocan food is good and better value than out in restaurants. The easiest and quickest way into town is down through the souk as the riad is just outside it. We often went through the souk 4 times a day and every time you see something new in this fascinating "shopping centre". The locals; including the stallholders in the souk, are friendly and never threatening. We have stayed in Marrakech three times before and in a more expensive riad but this was our best ever visit, thanks in no small part to Riad Chi-Chi and the staff. What was new for us was the tourist bus which is a great way to get around, get off and on and see most of the sights outside of the medina. .

Room Tip: The Indigo room was a good size and layout for three adults.

We had a very comfortable stay in Riad Chi Chi.The furnishing is excellent and tasteful. The Riad lies quit near the Souks of Marrakesh and it was nice to come "home" and calm down after hustle and bustle. The staff of Riad Chi Chi and especially Yvonne was amazing, assisted us with everything and gave valuable advices for the "every day life" in Marrakesh. An additional recommendation we want to give for the delicious food served in the Riad.

We spent 5 nights in the Ivory room during march at Riad Chi Chi. The staff at the Riad were simply amazing! Everyone went out of there way to ensure tha we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They assisted us with everything from arraigning excursions to retrieving us when we got lost. I can't wait to find an excuse to return and stay again.

Having been to marrakech several times before I thought I knew what to expect from a riad, however Riad Chi Chi FAR outweighed any expectations!

We had the luxury of using the whole riad to ourselves as a group of 9 ladies on my hen do and it was AMAZING! The staff ever organised a beautiful bouquet of roses my fiancee had asked for on my arrival made me feel so welcome! Excellent value for money, riad food was SUPERB so fresh and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely owners and staff. The mobile phone came in very handy whilst getting lost exploring the souqs and Salah was an absolute angel always coming to our rescue and helping with everything and anything we needed!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would go back tomorrow if I could and stay for much longer!

Room Tip: All rooms were beautiful and calmly decorated! Rooms upstairs prob had the edge as they were bigger

The service was unparralelled! Saleh was a true gentleman and most helpful! The food was also delicious! Much better to eat at the riad than to eat out! I would go back to riad chi chi in a heartbeat!

We spent four nights in Riad Chi-Chi in January in the Aubergine room, it was really nice as there is a fireplace in the room which allowed to keep warm overnight. The riad is very clean and the three people taking care of the place were very helpful. The man escort us to one of our restaurant one night and the lady provide us with a lot of information upon arrival.
Breakfast was served in the patio, the quality was good.
As all riad in the Medina it is difficult to find it and we had to ask (paid) for help a numerous time.
The place is beautiful and the white walls are making it very bright and clean.
It is definitely a place to recommend.

Room Tip: Aubergine room was beautiful with fireplace inside.
